Gauri D Chakraborty

Gauri D Chakraborty graduated from Asia’s premier institution, Film and Television Institute of India, Pune and has been a part of the Audio-Video Industry since 1995. She was associate producer on the award-winning film Sheep Thief (1997); anchor cum assistant producer at Zee Telefilms for Best of India (1998), has directed films for CWG 2010 volunteer training program. She was associated with premier media institutions like the BBC WST on HIV awareness in India. Gauri has been a media educator for the last 18 years including spearheading a media department and community radio station. She has been resource person for UGC refresher programs on gender and member of IAMCR and IAWRT. Gauri was the Festival Director for IAWRT Asian Women’s Film Festival 2019 and 2023. She has received the 100 Womenfaces award from the Centre for Women Entrepreneurs (COWE) in 2018. Currently, she is serving as Professor, Times School of Media, Bennett University.

Alongside her professional accomplishments as the director of CMS Communication, Paramita has keen interest in wildlife and wildlife photography. Paramita brings a unique perspective to her work, blending expertise in both research and strategic planning. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an exponent of Rabindra Sangeet, showcasing a holistic appreciation for both the natural world and cultural expressions.

Dr Pranab J Patar

Dr. Pranab J Patar is an award-winning environment & sustainability professional with nearly 25 years of experience having worked with leading national and international organisations in the non-profit space. Recipient of about a dozen prestigious awards including, Dr Pranab has led and contributed to over 75 environmental projects at the national and regional level. He is currently the Chief Executive of Delhi based environmental & social impact organization – Global Foundation. An advocate of Nature-based Solutions, Decentralized approach to Conservation and Eco-technology for Environmental Sustainability & addressing Climate Change Impact, Dr Pranab speaks and writes regularly at various forums globally.As a capacity development specialist, he has trained over 15,000 teachers, students, NGO professionals and corporate executives on key environmental issues. A member of the Climate Reality Leadership Corp - USA, Dr Pranab sits on a number of national and international bodies including government-appointed committees and multiple IUCN Commissions and Specialist Groups.
